At Blinds USA Inc. we make
ordering easy, you do not need
to register, sign up, sign in or open an account to make a
purchase. Making a payment is easy too and secure through
PayPal, don't
have a
PayPal account, no problem,
PayPal excepts
payments from non-members.

of the safest and most secure way's to pay on-line and
keep your personal information confidential, follow

Shipping, Handling
& Insurance
We ship to all 50-states and around
the world via U.S. Postal
Service, most orders are shipped within 24-hrs of
cleared payment.
Special-Orders
will take longer. All prices listed exclude shipping &
handling charges, the **shipping & handling charges are
calculated during checkout.
Orders from non-registered
PayPal
members are required to give a confirmed address with
their
payment for the credit card used through
unless other arrangements are agreed
to prior to ordering, entering an
un-confirmed address will only delay processing. Payments by mail
will be shipped to the
address on the check or money order received. All domestic
shipments include Delivering Confirmation. Cancelled
orders may be subject to processing fees.
International Orders
are shipped by USPS Priority mail only unless other arrangements
are agreed to prior to ordering. Additional
shipping charges apply for all International orders,
checkout does not finalize your payment, a
PayPal Money Request will be
issued after checkout is complete

difference due, the minimum international rate is
$13.95, you
may
contact us prior
to ordering for a free quote.
Most orders are
shipped within 24-hours via USPS
depending on stock, availability or unforeseen
circumstances.
**Shipping cost error: Due to the nature of

checkout service when purchasing more then one type
of item
PayPal tends
to add certain shipping charges together so the actual shipping charge may be
less from what is presented, we are trying to correct
this issue, any overage will be
refunded after the order has been processed. If you

Return
Policy
(Returns / Refunds
/ Exchanges)
We accept returns for most any
reason (ordering error, changed your mind, wish to
exchange, decided to
purchase new blinds, etc.), simply return the
merchandise as received in New condition to the return address on the
shipping label, include a copy of your invoice
and the reason for the return or a
note with your full name and address, item number and date of invoice,
(located
in the lower right hand corner), keep the original
invoice for your records. A refund of the purchase
price less all shipping
and handling charges will be issued for items returned
*within 30-days of purchase, after 30-days a 20% restocking fee
will be deducted.
*Closeout items are subject to a
flat 20% restocking
fee. Special, bulk and cut to size items such as cord
and chain are non-refundable. Any merchandise returned
in non resalable condition will be declined and
returned to sender at customers expense or forfeited.
Refunds are issued through Paypal only, items paid by
check or money order you will receive a credit toward
a future purchase within 90-days. Other restrictions
may apply. You may
contact
us prior to making a return for eligibility.
Items returned for exchange will be treated as a
refund, a new order will need to be
placed
so a new invoice
can be issued.
Any items included with returned merchandise for
comparison/match-up will not be returned unless
requested in writing.
Returns
must be received within 30-day's.

Blinds USA
Inc. offers the lowest prices possible, we do this by
keeping our overhead low therefore passing on the
savings to you, to maintain a low overhead we do not
stock large quantity's of many items. Certain
items are in limited quantity or closeout.
Do not order more then what's listed

Quality of Parts
All parts
sold are new unless stated otherwise,
most of the parts listed we use on a regular basis and
come directly from our suppliers, some items may be extras left
over from jobs weve installed where they werent
needed so die-variations may vary. We also acquire
parts from other sources; liquidators, closeouts,
disassembled new blinds, etc., we also have several hard to
find parts that may be out of production, limited stock and/or marked NOS
(new old stock) which may or may not show scratches,
scuff marks, discoloring, from shelving/storage etc.

Sales: Free shop at home service
for Broward and Palm Beach county's. Whether your
looking to purchase one blind or furnish a complete
home or business, no job is to big or small.
Service: $65.00 minimum charge. We offer a complete in-home inspection of all blinds, many repairs
can be done on location at the time of service, additional
parts and service may be required and are priced
accordingly. Please keep in mind
that older or mis-used blinds may require extra
service or need of
replacing as parts ware out and may not be available depending on
the issue.
Installation: Whether you bought your
blinds from us, another blind company, department store,
factory or garage sale we can install them for you,
contact us for a free quote.
Local
Delivery: $20.00 minimum charge. Orders
must either be pre-paid or paid in cash, item's paid by PayPal must be signed for by
the original purchaser.
